 More than 40 years of experience:


1965 :

Foundation of CQFD which was, at the beginning, specializing in the steel tube business.

1969 :

Start of the current activity which is based on an original idea: to make available to the handyman profiles in 2 metres.
The growth is linked to the spectacular development of do-it-yourself stores in Europe.

1981 :

SOCALDI Group became the major shareholder. It makes nowadays an annual turnover of 150 milliones of euros, with more than 1000 patners.

1996 :

CQFD bought its major competitor: FFA Concept in Natzwiller (67).

2000 :

Installation of the head office in St Laurent d'Agny (69)

2003 :

Foundation of the english subsidiary FFA Concept in Wellingborough

2004 :

Buyout of the companies Majstergam (producer) and Hexagone (distributor) in Poland: opening towards Eastern Europe.

2005 :

Foundation of the subsidiary Profil Discount.

2006 :

Buyout of the company Proféral by Profil Discount
Foundation of the german subsidiary CQFD Gmbh (Dusseldorf)

2007 :

Diversification : launching of a new range of Garden products.
Design : 3c-evolution
